These pages describe site management methods in relation to personal data processing of users consulting it. This information also serves as notification in accordance with article 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) for persons interacting with the web services of Intav S.r.l. that can be accessed via the internet through the following address: www.intav-europe.com. This notification also refers to Recommendation n. 2/2001 that European Authorities for personal data protection – privacy, in the joint group set up by Article 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requisites for on-line collection of personal data and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data processing owners must provide to users when the latter link to web pages, regardless of the purposes of such connection.

Owner of the data processing system
Following consultation of this site, data concerning identified or identifiable people may be processed: the owner of data processing is Intav S.r.l., with head offices in Via Q. Negroni, 61, 00072 Ariccia (RM), Italy.

Place of data processing
Data processing related to the web services of this site is performed in the head offices of the undersigned company exclusively by authorised personnel or persons that may be engaged for occasional maintenance operations. No data collected through web services is divulged. The personal data provided by users through e-mail are, in any case, only used for the purposes of contacting interested parties who have requested and/or performed the service or task requested.

Types of data processed
A) Navigation data The IT systems and software procedures involved in the operation of this web site acquire, during routine operations, certain personal data the communication of which is implicit in the uses of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties but by their very nature may, through processing and association with data held by third-parties, allow the identification of users. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of user computers connected to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in presenting the request to the server, the size of the resulting response file, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
Such data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information detailing the use of the site and to verify its correct operation. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crime damaging the site.

B) Data freely provided by users The optional, explicit and voluntary notification of e-mails to the addresses indicated in this site means that the address of the sender is acquired, as required in order to respond to requests of the interested party, as well as any other personal data indicated in the message. Non conferment, even partial, of the foregoing data may involve the impossibility, by the company, to acknowledge the message sent by interested parties and consequently respond to their requests.

On-line collection of personal data – Voluntary data conferment
In relation to data collection directly through the web site, it is hereby declared that the essential information for processing in this manner is provided in the context of collection (e.g. at the end of each registration form), while it is always possible to access the web page containing privacy notification in a more detailed form. The conferment of data requested is optional but may be strictly necessary in order to be contacted by Intav and thereby use the services it offers. Non conferment, inasmuch, may involve the impossibility of obtaining what is requested. In any case, the optional and voluntary sending of an e-mail to the address info@intav.it. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or to any other e-mail address of the undersigned company, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address as required in order to respond to requests as well as any other personal data included in the message sent.

Data processing method
Personal data are processed using IT tools for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data was obtained. Specific security measures are applied to prevent the loss of data, illegal or improper utilisation and unauthorised access.

Rights of interested parties
Lastly, Article 7 of D. Lgs. n. 196/03 (Privacy Law) allows interested parties to exercise specific rights. In particular, interested parties may obtain from the data owner confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data and that such data be notified to interested parts in intelligible form. Interested parties also have the right to obtain indication of the origin of personal data, purposes and processing modes, the logic applied in the event of processing performed using electronic tools, the identification data of the owner and data processing managers, as well as the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or which may come into their possession. Interested parties also have the right to obtain updates, correction or, if so required, integration of data, cancellation, conversion into anonymous form or the block of processed data following infringement of law, including certification that such operations have been notified to persons to whom such data has been communicated or divulged. Lastly, interested parties have the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data concerning them and the processing of personal data concerning them for purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for market research or commercial communications. Interested parties may, for all these purposes, contact the undersigned company as the owner of the data processing system directly by letter, fax or e-mail.

Notification concerning data collection forms
Intav S.r.l. (hereafter, for practicality, also simply Intav) hereby informs you that the personal data you provide by compiling the form published on the web site of the company will be handled with the utmost confidentiality using paper-based and IT methods; such data will not be communicated or divulged to third-parties. The conferment of the foregoing data (that will be exclusively used in order to contact you in response to your requests) is optional; if consent is not given, however, it may not be possible to meet your requirements. The complete list of managers can be requested directly through the undersigned company by telephone, fax or e-mail. Interested parties may at any time exercise the rights as per Article 7 D.Lgs. 196/03 (Privacy Law) and, in particular, request without charge the modification of cancellation of personal data in our files simply by notifying the undersigned company.
