Issues with one of our products?

  1. Call the office +39 (0)6 93490016 or write to info@intav.it describing the problem for receiving a first step assistance.

Is it not enough to solve the problem?

  1. Send a Warranty Claim Form by e-mail to info@intav.it, including details on the purchase or the serial number on the barcode. Asking for a dossier opening and wait for an authorization number necessary to return the product.
  2. Write the authorization number on the shipping document (eg. 20/2011);
  3. Pack the material suitably in order to avoid damages caused by the transport;
  4. Send the parcel
    • At your charge if the product is not covered by warranty
    • At our charge, forward GLS courier, if the warranty coverture is presumed or verified

Our qualified technical staff will verify the warranty conditions and the type of problem.

If:

  • The product does not work and is covered by warranty:
    The product will be repaired or replaced and delivered free of charge GLS courier
  • The product does not work and is not covered by warranty:
    You will receive a quotation for repairing or replacement.
    • if you authorize the quotation, the product will be repaired or replaced and delivered to you at your charge.
    • If you do not authorize the quotation, the product will be sent back at your charge. Product inspection and packaging will be charged € 42.00 (taxes excluded).
  • The product works and is covered by warranty:
    The product will be delivered at your charge.
    Product inspection and packing will not be charged.
  • The product works and is not covered by warranty:
    The product will be sent back to you at your charge.
    Product inspection and packing will be charged € 42.00 (taxes excluded).

WARRANTY

INTAV shall guarantee the new products bought from INTAV or from an authorised dealer against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months starting from the shipping date as reported on the certificate.

The period of validity of the guarantee shall be automatically extended until the 26 months to recover any storage or fitting-out periods.

If the automatic extension is insufficient to ensure the full period of guarantee for the final Client (24 months) the relevance entrance into effect shall be requested by the proper coupon annexed to the certificate to be delivered to INTAV under the care of the Client Company within one year from the delivery date of the product.

During the warranty period, INTAV will repair or replace faulty components in its after-sales service centres, with packaging at the client's expense.

Warranty is valid only if the product is correctly installed and used, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

The repair time are based on the assembly methods specifically indicated by INTAV.

Any other repair operation entailing longer times will not be taken into consideration.

The operations of opening, restoring and closing the device must be carried out by personnel qualified from INTAV; otherwise we decline any responsibility for defects or problems that could derive from them.

Warranty is not valid for components accidentally damaged, misused or improperly used or which have been modified or altered without authorisation.

Defects or malfunction of products due to misuse and/or deterioration due to normal use, are not covered by warranty. INTAV is not liable for any damages direct or indirect, or any kind to people, animals or things due to incorrect or improper use of the products sold or to incorrect installation.

Repair or replacement of faulty components of the products do not interrupt warranty period which remain unchanged at 24 months from the date of purchase by the first ultimate consumer.

The warranty is recognised exclusively within the terms specified and laid down in this warranty.
